Ste Makes Stuff — graphic design and illustration

I’m the person behind Ste Makes Stuff and the artwork you’ll find at Technically Stable. My work brings together character illustration, bold graphics and the little details that give a design its own personality.

I enjoy building an idea into something bigger: a character that becomes a T-shirt, an illustrated world that stretches across a desk, or a visual identity that carries through from a logo to a social post. Games, pop culture and a slightly odd sense of humour all find their way into the mix.

I work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, thinking about both the artwork and where it will end up. Colour, composition and the way a design fits a real product matter just as much to me as the first idea. This site brings those different sides of my work together, from standalone illustrations to the stories behind complete projects.
